血清钙水平及维生素D浓度与溃疡性结肠炎严重程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清钙水平、血清维生素D浓度与溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病严重程度的相关性。方法将180例溃疡性结肠炎患者按照内窥镜梅奥评分标准分为三组,轻度组50例,中度组82例,重度组48例。观察分析三组的基本资料及血清钙水平、血清维生素D浓度,分析血清钙水平、血清维生素D浓度与溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病严重程度的相关性。结果三组血清钙水平、血清维生素D浓度比较,P<0.05,其中重度组血清钙、血清维生素D浓度均低于中度组(P<0.05)、中度组均低于轻度组(P<0.05);血清钙水平、血清维生素D浓度与溃疡性结肠炎疾病严重程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血清钙水平、血清维生素D浓度与溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病严重程度呈负相关,即血清钙水平、血清维生素D浓度越低,患者的病变程度越严重。Objective To analyze the correlation of serum calcium level and serum vitamin D concentration with severity of ulcerative colitis.Methods 180 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected and divided into the mild group(50 cases),the moderate group(82 cases),the severe group(48 cases)according to the endoscopy Mayo scale.The basic data,serum calcium level,serum vitamin D concentration of the three groups were observed,their correlation with severity of ulcerative colitis was analyzed.Results There were significant difference in serum calcium level and serum vitamin D concentration among the three groups(P<0.05).Serum calcium level and serum vitamin D concentration in the severe group were lower than those in the moderate group(P<0.05);those in the moderate group were lower than those in the mild group(P<0.05).Serum calcium level and serum vitamin D concentration were negatively correlated with the severity of ulcerative colitis(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum calcium level and serum vitamin D concentration are negatively correlated with the severity of ulcerative colitis,that is,the lower the serum calcium level and serum vitamin D concentration,the more serious the disease is.
