摘  要:针对某车型驾驶员座椅在2021版鞭打试验中得分较低的问题,通过仿真分析影响座椅鞭打试验的因素,改进对鞭打试验分值影响较大的靠背刚度、头枕位置及其结构、靠背结构等参数,改善碰撞过程中座椅靠背和头枕骤然后倾的问题,减少了假人颈部伤害指数,提高鞭打试验得分。改进后的座椅经过台车试验验证,并与仿真试验结果有着很好的一致性。Aiming at the problem that the driver’s seat of a certain vehicle has a low score in the whiplash test of the 2021 version,the factors affecting the whiplash test of the seat are analyzed by simulation,and the backrest stiffness,headrest position and other factors that have a greater impact on the whiplash test score are improved.Structure,backrest structure and other parameters,improve the problem of the seat back and headrest tilting suddenly during the collision process,reduce the dummy neck injury index,and improve the whiplash test score.The improved seat has been verified by the trolley test and is in good agreement with the simulation test results.
