摘 要:将超声振动引入Ti6Al4V钛合金的普通车削加工,结合有限元仿真技术探究超声振动对Ti6Al4V钛合金车削加工效果的影响。建立超声振动车削和普通车削的有限元分析模型并进行模拟仿真,对比分析切削速度对等效应变、切屑形态和切削力的影响规律。研究发现:当切削速度变化时,超声振动车削和普通车削过程中的等效应变都呈带状分布,且超声振动车削过程中的最大等效应变值更大;切屑均呈锯齿形,超声振动车削生成的切屑锯齿平均厚度比普通车削更小,形状和大小更均匀,加工过程也更平稳;超声振动车削的平均主切削力始终小于普通车削,由于轴向超声振动的影响,仅在切削速度小于367mm/s时,超声振动的车削平均进给抗力小于普通车削。Ultrasonic vibration is introduced into the conventional turning of Ti6 Al4 V titanium alloy.Combined with finite element simulation technology, the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the turning of Ti6 Al4 V titanium alloy is explored.Ultrasonic vibration turning(UVT) and conventional turning(CT) finite element analysis models are established and simulations are performed, the influence of cutting speed on the effective strain, chip shape, and cutting force is compared and analyzed.The study shows that when the cutting speed changes, the effective strains in the UVT and CT processes are distributed in bands, and the maximum equivalent strain value in the UVT process is greater.The chips are all sawtooth, compared to CT,the average thickness of the saw teeth of the chip generated by UVT is smaller than that of CT,the shape and size are more uniform, and the process is smoother.The average main cutting force of UVT is always less than that of CT,due to the influence of axial ultrasonic vibration, only when the cutting speed is less than 367 mm/s, the average feed resistance is less than that of CT.
