摘  要:目的 探讨高分辨率核磁共振(HRMRI)在颅内动脉狭窄患者支架置入术中的应用价值。方法 选取60例颅内动脉重度狭窄患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均接受全脑DSA检查及颅内动脉狭窄支架置入术,其中观察组术前采用HRMRI检查评估血管壁结构。术后行HRMRI检查,比较两组的疗效及并发症发生率。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论 HRMRI能协助提高颅内动脉狭窄支架置入术患者的临床疗效,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application value of high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging(HRMRI) in stent placement in patients with intracranial artery stenosis. Methods 60 patients with severe intracranial artery stenosis were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Both groups underwent whole-brain DSA examination and stent placement for intracranial artery stenosis, and HRMRI was used to evaluate the vessel wall structure in the observation group before surgery. HRMRI examination was performed after surgery, and the curative effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 83.33% of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of complications of the observation group was 3.33%, lower than 20.00% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions HRMRI can help improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with stent placement for intracranial artery stenosis.
