玻璃体切割术联合眼内填充术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨玻璃体切割术联合眼内填充术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的临床效果。方法 80例复杂性视网膜脱离患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用玻璃体切割术治疗,研究组采用玻璃体切割术联合眼内填充术治疗,比较两组的视网膜复位情况、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压以及术后并发症发生率。结果 研究组术后1个月、 3个月的视网膜复位率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后3个月的视网膜再次脱离率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月,研究组的BCVA值高于对照组,眼压低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 玻璃体切割术联合眼内填充术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离患者的效果显著,可有效提高视网膜复位率,提高视力,改善眼压,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade in the treatment of complex retinal detachment. Methods 80 patients with complex retinal detachment were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vitrectomy, while the study group was treated with vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade. The retinal reattachment, best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The retinal reattachment rates at 1 month and 3 months after surgery in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05);No significant difference was found in the retinal re-detachment rate at 3 months after surgery between the two groups(P >0.05). At 3 months after surgery, the BCVA value in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the intraocular pressure was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions Vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade in the treatment of patients with complex retinal detachment has significant effect, which can effectively improve the retinal reattachment rate,improve visual acuity, improve intraocular pressure, and has high safety.
