摘 要:人才学要成为一门独立学科,必须明确人才管理与人力资源管理的差异性,明确学科定位、分析视角和战略支点。目前,对于人才学应该归类于管理学还是社会学有着一定的分歧,但通过社会学和管理学定义的分析,可以认为人才学学科定位更应归于管理学。人才学研究的独特视角需要能够在关注对象、分析思维、管理理念以及工作重点等方面将人才管理与人力资源管理有效地区别开来。人才学的战略支点分析则主要应从人才与环境匹配的角度,研究人才如何与环境(国家、城市、组织)互动,从而充分发挥人才价值并最终赢取竞争优势。To become an independent discipline,Talent Science must clarify the differences between talent management and human resource management,as well as its subject orientation,analysis perspective and strategic fulcrum.At present,there is difference on whether talent science should be classified as Management Science or Sociology,but through the analysis of the definitions of Sociology and Management Science,it can be considered that the subject orientation of talent science should be attributed to Management Science.The unique study perspective of talent science needs to effectively distinguish talent management from human resource management in terms of the object of concern,analytical thinking,management philosophy and work priorities.During the strategic fulcrum analysis of talent science,it should mainly study how talents interact with the environment(country,city and organization)from the perspective of talent and environment matching,so as to fully leverage the value of talents and fi nally gain competitive advantage for the organization.
