摘  要:从区域内幼儿园教育议事会建设的问题与现状出发,提出了“共建、共治、共享”的“三共推进”策略,以此优化议事会在幼儿园管理过程中的作用,促进幼儿园和谐管理。“三共推进”策略创造了全新的合作联系制度、督促了保教质量的最优化、激发了家园共育的内生力。Starting from the problems and current situation of the construction of kindergarten education conference in the region,this paper puts forward the“co-construction,co-governance and sharing”strategy which is known as the“three co-advancement”to optimize the role of conference in the process of kindergarten management and promote the harmonious management of kindergartens.The promotion strategy of the“three co-advancement”has created a brand-new cooperation and connection system,urged the optimization of the quality of education,and stimulated the endogenous force of joint education of family and kindergarten.
