摘  要:目的探讨宫颈癌手术患者FOXF2与凋亡基因表达的相关性及临床意义。方法2017年1月至2019年1月间在本院接受手术治疗的118例宫颈癌患者的组织标本作为宫颈癌组,同期行息肉切除术的患者100例及其病灶组织作为对照组,对比二者FOXF2与凋亡基因表达量的差异,分析宫颈癌组织中FOXF2表达量与凋亡基因表达量的相关性、宫颈癌患者无病生存率与FOXF2表达的关系。采用COX回归模型分析宫颈癌患者术后复发转移的危险因素。结果宫颈癌组病灶组织中FOXF2、Caspase-3、Bax mRNA的表达量低于对照组正常组织,Bcl-2 mRNA的表达量高于对照组正常组织(P<0.05)。Pearson检验显示,宫颈癌病灶组织中FOXF2 mRNA表达量与Caspase-3、Bax mRNA的表达量呈正相关,与Bcl-2 mRNA的表达量呈负相关(P<0.05)。复发转移组病灶组织中FOXF2 mRNA的表达量低于未复发转移组(P<0.05)。Kplan-Meier生存曲线显示,高FOXF2组患者的无病生存情况优于低FOXF2组患者(P<0.05)。COX回归模型进行危险因素分析,结果显示:FIGO分期Ⅲ期、低分化、肌层浸润、脉管侵犯、淋巴结转移、组织中FOXF2表达量低表达是宫颈癌患者术后复发转移的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中FOXF2基因低表达可能通过抑制细胞凋亡途径而促进肿瘤进展,对患者术后复发转移也有一定影响。Objective To investigate the correlation and clinical significance of FOXF2 and apoptotic gene expression in patients with cervical cancer undergoing surgery.Methods The tissue specimens of 118 patients with cervical cancer who were treated by surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled as cervical cancer group,at the same tiem,the lesion tissues of 100 patients who received polypectomy in our hospital were ebrolled as control group.The expression levels of FOXF2 and apoptosis genes were observed and compared between the two groups.Moreover the correlation between FOXF2 expression and apoptosis gene expression in cervical cancer tissues,and the correlation between FOXF2 expression and disease-free survival rate in patients with cervical cancer were analyzed.In addition Cox regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with cervical cancer.Results The expression levels of FOXF2,Caspase-3,Bax mRNA in cervical cancer group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the expression levels of Bcl-2 mRNA were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Pearson test showed that expression levels of FoxF2 mRNA were positively correlated with those of Caspase-3 and Bax mRNA,however,which were negatively correlated with those of Bcl-2 mRNA in cervical cancer group(P<0.05).Th expression levels of FOXF2 mRNA in relapse and metastasis group were significantly lower than those in non-relapse and metastasis group(P<0.05).Kplan-Meier survival curve showed that disease-free survival of patients in high FOXF2 group was significantly better than that in low FOXF2 group(P<0.05).Cox regression model analysis showed that FIGO stageⅢ,low differentiation,muscular invasion,vascular invasion,lymph node metastasis,low expression of FOXF2 in tissues were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence and metastasis of cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The low expression of FOXF2 gene in cervical cancer tissues m
