摘  要:提升图书馆员职业认可度、实现职业价值对图书馆应对时代变革有重要意义。美国图书馆协会主办的“我爱我的图书馆员奖”的评奖营销模式为我国馆员加深理解与读者间的互动关系提供借鉴。通过对历年来获奖馆员的提名材料文本分析,探索受到用户高度认可的馆员职业形象、服务理念和服务内容。研究发现,馆员的职业形象体现在专业性、创新性和信息领导力等方面,馆员遵循图书馆服务理念并超越传统职责、提高用户生活质量是提升职业认同的关键。论文从重视图书馆营销和馆员宣传、促进周边合作、加强馆员领导力培养等方面提出我国图书馆员职业认同提升建议。It is of great significance for the library to deal with the changes of the times by improving librarians’professional recognition and realizing their professional value.The marketing mode of“I Love My Librarian Award”sponsored by the American Library Association provides a reference for Chinese librarians to deepen their understanding of the interactive relationship between librarians and readers.Through the analysis of the nomination materials of award-winning librarians over the years,this paper explores the image,service concept and service content of librarians highly recognized by users.It is found that the professional image of librarians is reflected in the aspects of professionalism,innovation and information leadership,and it is the key to improve the professional identity of librarians to follow the service concept of the library,go beyond the traditional responsibilities and improve the quality of life of users.This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the professional identity of Chinese librarians from the aspects of paying attention to library marketing and librarian publicity,promoting the cooperation with neighbors,strengthening librarian leadership training and so on.
