摘　　要：采用因子分析和权重指数分析方法构建科技成果转化指标,在参照已有文献的基础上,构建高校科技成果转化指标体系,包括转化条件、转化实力、转换效果、转化活动、转化环境5个一级指标,共12个二级指标。采用问卷数据进行实证分析。In this paper,factor analysis and weight index analysis methods are mainly used to construct the transformation index of sci-tech achievements.On the basis of referring to the existing literature and combining with interviews,the transformation index of sci-tech achievemen-ts in colleges and universities is divided into five indicators:transformation conditions,transform-ation strength,transformation effect,transformation activities and transformation environment.On this basis,through empirical analysis of the weight of each index,the research finds that the transformation conditions,transformation strength and transformation effect are still relatively high in the transformation index of sci-tech achievements in colleges and universities.Transformat-ion activities and transformation environment have an unattainable position in the index of transf-ormation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.On this basis,it provides reference and guidance for the establishment of sci-tech achievement index in colleges and universities.
