孵化绩效动因:社会资本支持还是孵化网络构建?

摘　　要：关于孵化绩效动因的研究成果日益丰富,在孵化企业嵌入问题上,主要有社会资本支持和孵化网络构建两种绩效动因。理论机制的探索表明,从孵化网络构建分析孵化绩效的动因被更多研究所采用。元分析发现,倾向于社会资本支持还是孵化网络构建,不同的主题选择对资源变量的处理不同,进而致使孵化绩效动因的解释具有逻辑差异。In recent years,there have been more and more researches on the incubation performance motivation,but on the issue of incubation enterprise embedding,whether it is social capital support or incubation network construction has been in a vague state for a long time.The exploration of the theoretical mechanism of incubation performance motivation shows that the analysis of the construction of incubation network will be adopted by more researches.Based on the research method of meta-analysis,it can be found that there are significant logical differences between social capital support and incubation network construction in the empirical research of incubation performance motivation.
