摘 要:为优化国内某款电动车整车路噪问题,该文建立了车身结构件的有限元模型。通过整车路噪TPA(transfer-path-analysis)和整车模态分析;将路噪TPA识别的底盘硬点载荷输入CAE模型,分析发现:电池包支架和尾门内板刚度不足、摆臂衬套隔振率不足。通过加强电池包支架刚度和优化设计尾门内板,同时提高悬架摆臂衬套刚度,成功将电动车的关键峰值附近声压下降8dB,总声压级降低1.32dB。该文电动车路噪分析方式为以后车身结构件对整车NVH性能提升提供了参考。In order to optimize the noise of a domestic electric vehicle,a finite element model of body structure was established.Through transfer-path-analysis(TPA)and modal analysis of the whole vehicle;The hard point load of chassis identified by road noise TPA was input into CAE model,and it was found that the rigidity of battery pack bracket and tailgate inner plate was insufficient,and the vibration isolation rate of swing arm bushing was insufficient.By strengthening the stiffness of battery pack bracket,optimizing the design of tailgate inner plate,and improving the stiffness of suspension swing arm bushing,the sound pressure near the key peak value of the electric vehicle was reduced by 8dB,and the total sound pressure level was reduced by 1.32dB.In this paper,the road noise analysis method of electric vehicle provides a reference for the improvement of vehicle NVH performance by body structure parts in the future.
