摘 要:随着RO技术的大规模应用,我国每年有数十万计的8英寸废旧RO膜亟待处理.为明晰我国废旧RO膜回收再利用的市场现状,对各利益相关方的资深专家进行了问卷调查和深度访谈.结果表明,我国目前8英寸废旧RO膜每年可回收利用约17~25万支,其市场规模可观;工业纯水、锅炉补给水以及市政给水3个领域的废旧RO膜最具有回收价值,经化学清洗处理后可应用于污水处理等领域;回收处理后的再生膜利用与新膜的销售并不存在天然的挤兑效应,废旧RO膜的再生利用具有较高的市场接受度.建议有关部门督促生产厂商承担RO膜的全生命周期责任,鼓励专业化公司参与回收处理环节,建立以生产者责任延伸制为主要模式的废旧RO膜回收利用管理体系.With the large-application of reverse osmosis(RO) technology, there are hundreds of thousands of 8-inch end-of-life RO membrane need to be disposed urgently every year in China. In order to clarify the market status quo of end-of-life RO membrane recycling in China, a questionnaire and in-depth interviews were conducted among senior experts from various stakeholders. The results show that 8-inch RO membrane can be recycled annually about 170 000 to 250 000 pieces in China, its market scale is considerable. The end-of-life RO membrane in the industrial pure water, boiler recharge water and municipal water supply fields have the most recycling value, and can be reused in sewage treatment afterchemical cleaning treament. There is no natural bumping down effect between recycled market and new membrane market, and the recycling of end-of-life RO membrane gains widespread market acceptance. It is suggested that the relevant departments urge manufacturers to take responsibility for the full life cycle of RO membrane, encourage specialized corporations to participate in the recycling process, and establish end-of-life RO membrane recycling and utilization management system, as extended producer responsibility system as the main mode.
