高校干部队伍干部工作系统性重塑路径——基于温州医科大学的知事识人体系构建研究

摘　　要：在新时代我国建设世界重要人才中心和创新高地的进程中,高校承担重大时代使命。高校干部队伍干部工作系统性重塑,建设忠诚干净担当的高素质专业化干部队伍,事关高校事业发展及高校使命实现。笔者以温州医科大学知事识人体系为例,探索以知事识人体系构建为基础,引领干部工作高质量开展的机制,深化对高校干部队伍干部工作系统性重塑的理解,为相关高校选人用人工作提供实践参考。In the process of building China into an important talent center and innovation highland in the world in the new era,colleges and universities undertake a major mission of the times.The systematic remodeling of cadre work in colleges and universities and the construction of a loyal,clean and responsible team of highquality professional cadres are related to the development of colleges and universities and the realization of their mission.The author takes the governor and personnel system of Wenzhou Medical University as the research object,explores the mechanism of leading the high-quality development of cadre work based on the construction of the governor and personnel system,and deepens the understanding of the systematic remodeling of cadre work in colleges and universities,which can provide practical reference for the selection and use of manpower in relevant colleges and universities.
