多层次临床带教中医特色病例库设计与应用

摘　　要：中医临床实践教学中存在的问题是:实习学生层次较多、教师带教水平参差不齐、临床资源相对不足、新形势下带教方法较保守。建立了系统的、分层的中医特色病例库,通过“分层递进、线上线下相结合”的带教方式,将其应用到临床实践教学中,取得了较好的效果。中医特色病例库的建立和应用,可以提高实习生的学习主动性,规范教师的带教行为,针对性地弥补临床资源的不足,从而提高中医临床实践教学的效果。The problems in clinical practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are:different levels of ability due to multi-layered students,uneven teaching levels,inadequate clinical resources and traditional teaching methods under the new situation.In response to these problems,we constructed a systematic and layered TCM case database in clinical practice teaching by using“progressive layered cases and blended online-offline teaching”mode.It has achieved desirable outcomes.This construction and application of the TCM featured case database can promote students learning initiative,standardize teachers’teaching behavior,and supplement the shortage of clinical resources,thus improve the quality of TCM clinical practice teaching.
