摘 要:疫情常态化防控期间,医务人员处在高压状态,极易出现焦虑、抑郁等心理问题,需要社会广泛关注。医务群体心理健康管理实行管理对象精准化、影响因素集中化、管理方式线上化、管理部门和人员兼职化、健康需求和管理活动差异化,需要管理者与时俱进,不断创新,推进传统管理方式向数字化转型等措施,提升医务群体心理健康管理水平,守护医务群体心理健康。Under the context of regular prevention and control of COVID-19, medical staffs are in a state of high pressure, prone to anxiety, depression and other psychological problems, which need extensive social attention. The mental health management of medical staffs should implement the policy of precise management objects, centralized influencing factors, online management methods, part-time work of departments and personnel, and differentiated health needs and management activities. Managers need to keep pace with the times, innovate constantly, and promote the change of management mode from traditional to digital, so as to improve the mental health management level of medical staffs and protect their mental health.
