摘　　要：肿瘤(特别是恶性肿瘤)是威胁人类健康的一类重大疾病。肿瘤的早期诊断与干预能有效降低肿瘤发病率和致死率,而肿瘤标志物就是这一过程的关键。长链非编码RNA PVT1在肿瘤发生、发展、转移及侵袭等多种生物学过程中发挥重要作用,并且在多种肿瘤组织中存在表达失调。PVT1在多种肿瘤患者外周体液中也存在表达失调,表现出新兴肿瘤标志物的潜力。本文对PVT1在肿瘤中的功能及作用机制进行综述,探讨其作为肿瘤标志物的可行性和优势。Tumor is a serious disease threatening human health,especially malignant tumor.Early diagnosis and intervention of tumor can effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of tumor,and tumor markers are the key to this process.Studies have found that long non-coding RNA PVT1 plays an important role in various biological processes such as tumor genesis,development,metastasis and invasion,and is dysregulated in a variety of tumor tissues.Further studies found that PVT1 was also dysregulated in peripheral fluid of patients with various tumors,showing the potential of emerging tumor markers.In this paper,the function and mechanism of PVT1 in tumor were reviewed on the basis of existing studies,and the feasibility and advantages of PVT1 as a tumor marker were discussed.
