摘　　要：选择性五羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor,SSRI)是目前临床使用最为广泛的抗抑郁药物。现有研究显示SSRI可破坏成骨功能,降低骨密度,抑制骨愈合,并可能抑制植入物骨结合。本文介绍了SSRI的药理作用、对骨骼的影响及其机制,并就SSRI的使用与口腔种植失败的关系的研究现状进行探讨。Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor(SSRI)is the most widely used antidepressant.Existing studies have shown that SSRI impairs osteogenic function,reduces bone mineral density,inhibits bone healing,and may inhibit osseointegration of implants.This article introduces the pharmacological action of SSRI,its effect on skeletal system and its mechanism,and discusses the research status of oral implant failure related to SSRI use.
