摘　　要：巨噬细胞是来源于单核细胞的一种免疫细胞,在炎症、组织修复、异物反应过程中发挥着关键作用。巨噬细胞通过调节自身表型参与组织改建,也在生物材料整合的不同阶段发挥作用。与此同时,生物材料也会诱发巨噬细胞的应答及表型转化。本文将就巨噬细胞在骨组织重建中的作用,以及生物材料调控巨噬细胞参与组织再生的研究进展做一综述。Macrophages are immune cells derived from monocytes,which play a key role in inflammation,tissue repair,and foreign body response.They participate in different stages of tissue remodeling and biomaterial integration by regulating their phenotypes.At the same time,biomaterials can also induce the response and phenotypic transformation of macrophages.In this paper,the role of macrophages in bone reconstruction and the regulation of macrophages in tissue regeneration by biomaterials will be reviewed.
