类开心型栽培架式对猕猴桃果实酚类物质代谢的影响

摘  要:为探究类开心型栽培架式对猕猴桃果实酚类物质代谢的影响,以‘翠玉’为试材,设类开心型、棚架、篱架3个处理,测定果实发育过程中酚类物质含量、酶活力和基因表达量,及商熟期果实酚类单体,并监测果实微环境的温度。结果表明,类开心型栽培架式果实微环境温度更利于‘翠玉’猕猴桃果实生长发育,提高其酚类代谢途径相关合成酶活力及基因的相对表达量,酚类物质前期积累丰富、发育高峰期增幅大、降解率低,可提高商熟期类黄酮、黄烷醇、黄酮醇含量30%~50%;但不同架式酚类物质相对含量不同,温度较低的年份类开心型架式果实酚类单体相对含量与篱架较为一致。因此,类开心型架式更利于提高果实酚类物质含量,环境适应性更强,具有较好的推广前景。In order to explore the effect of open-hearted-like trellis system on metabolism of kiwifruit phenolic substances,’Cuiyu’was used as the plant material in this study,and the three different trellis systems,including open-hearted-like,pergola,and vertical trellis system,were set up.The content of phenolic substances,enzyme activity and gene expression in fruit development,as well as the phenolic monomers of the mercantile fruit were determined,moreover,the temperature of fruit micro-environment was monitored.The results showed that,among the three tested trellis systems,the open-hearted-like trellis system was more beneficial to the growth of’Cuiyu’kiwifruit,improved its enzyme activity and gene expression related to the phenolic synthesis,showed the better pre-accumulation of phenolic substance,the larger peak of growth and the lower degradation rate of flavonoid.Additionally,the content of flavonoid,flavanol and flavonol could be increased by 30%–50%.As for the content of phenolic monomers in fruits,it was different in different trellis system,the consistent result was obtained in the open-hearted-like trellis system as that in the vertical trellis system in low temperature years.Taken together,from our results,the type of open-hearted-like trellis system is more beneficial to increase the content of fruit phenolics,more environment-adaptable and have better application prospects.
