摘　　要：第五届国际公共艺术奖颁奖典礼暨国际公共艺术论坛继续围绕“地方重塑”的大主题,赋能举办地——青岛西海岸新区,邀请国内外公共艺术领域的专家、学者,聚焦青岛西海岸新区文化特色和发展需求,以线上线下相结合的方式进行研讨与交流,为西海岸新区的城市建设和文化发展献计献策。本文为第五届国际公共艺术奖颁奖典礼暨国际公共艺术论坛综述。The Award Ceremony of the 5th International Award for Public Art and the International Public Art Forum continue to focus on the theme of "place remaking", enabling the host site — The West Coast New Area of Qingdao to have experts and scholars in public art from both home and abroad cater for its cultural characteristics and development needs, in the way of on and off line discussion and communication, to offer suggestions for its urban construction and cultural development. This article reviews the 5th International Public Art Award Ceremony and the International Public Art Forum.
