摘　　要：急性T淋巴细胞白血病(T-ALL)是一种恶性血液肿瘤,其发病迅速、死亡率高。因此,研究T-ALL的发病机制,对寻找T-ALL最佳诊断标志物和治疗靶点具有重要意义。近年研究表明,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在多种血液肿瘤中发挥作用,并且与T-ALL发生、发展密切相关。笔者就lncRNA的概述及其在T-ALL发病、诊断和治疗中的作用进行阐述,旨在为T-ALL患者早期诊断及治疗提供新方向。Acute T lymphoblastic leukemia(T-ALL)is a hematologic neoplasms with rapid onset and high mortality.Therefore,it has great significance to explore the pathogenesis of T-ALL,in order to find the best diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for patients with T-ALL.In recent years,long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays a very important role in a variety of hematologic neoplasms.In addition,lncRNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of T-ALL.This article describes the overview of lncRNA and the role in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of T-ALL,in order to provide new guidance for the early diagnosis and treatment of patients with T-ALL.
