摘 要:目的:探讨3D打印技术在肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗前重建肿瘤供血动脉的临床应用价值。方法:选取2020年3月~2021年3月青岛市城阳区人民医院接受TACE治疗的肝癌患者60例,术前采用随机数字表法将患者分为常规TACE治疗组(n=29)和3D-TACE组(n=31),3D-TACE组介入术前应用3D打印技术重建肿瘤供血动脉并进行分析制定手术计划后再行TACE治疗。比较2组术中相关指标、术后不良反应发生率及近期疗效的差异。结果:TACE组平均手术时间、造影剂平均用量、医患放射线平均暴露时间均多于3D-TACE组,2组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),2组术后不良反应发生率及近期疗效比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:与单纯TACE治疗相比,术前联合3D打印重建肿瘤供血动脉有针对性的TACE治疗,不影响近期疗效,且能减少手术时间和造影剂用量。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of 3D printing technology in reconstruction of tumor blood supplying arteries before transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)treatment for liver cancer patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with liver cancer who received TACE treatment in Chengyang District,People’s Hospital of Qingdao City from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into TACE group(conventional TACE treatment,n=29)and 3D-TACE group(3D printing technology was used to reconstruct the blood supplying arteries of the tumor before interventional surgery,and then TACE treatment was performed following the surgical plan generated from data analysis,n=31).The differences in intraoperative related indicators,postoperative clinical adverse reactions and short-term efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of intraoperative related indicators(average operation time,average dosage of contrast agent,average radiation exposure time of doctors and patients)in the TACE group were all higher than those in the 3D-TACE group with statistical significance(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative clinical adverse reactions and short-term efficacy between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with TACE alone,preoperative combination with3D printing technology to reconstruct the tumor supplying arteries can improve the relevant indicators during the operation,with no influence of the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions or the short-term efficacy.
