摘 要:目的探讨端粒酶相关蛋白1(TP1)在宫颈鳞状上皮病变中的表达及意义。方法选取2019年1-12月在该院行宫颈活检的100例患者为研究对象,以组织病理检查结果为标准将其分为3组:慢性宫颈炎组29例、低级别鳞状上皮内病变组34例、高级别鳞状上皮内病变组37例,并对3组患者的组织活检标本进行TP1免疫组织化学染色及端粒酶活性检测。结果低级别鳞状上皮内病变组及高级别鳞状上皮内病变组的TP1阳性率均高于慢性宫颈炎组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.343、P_(校正)=0.002;χ^(2)=34.545,P_(校正)<0.001);低级别鳞状上皮内病变组与高级别鳞状上皮内病变组的TP1阳性率无明显差异(χ^(2)=4.870,P_(校正)=0.085)。TP1的表达与宫颈鳞状上皮病变级别呈正相关(Kendall′s tau-b=0.773,P<0.001),TP1的表达随着宫颈鳞状上皮病变级别的增高而升高。端粒酶活性在慢性宫颈炎组、低级别鳞状上皮内病变组及高级别鳞状上皮内病变组逐渐增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TP1表达强度-、+、++、+++所对应的端粒酶活性逐渐增强,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论TP1高表达可能增强了端粒酶的活性,从而促进宫颈鳞状上皮病变进一步发展。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of the telomerase-associated protein 1(TP1)in cervical squamous epithelial neoplasia.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent the cervical biopsy in this hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the results of histopathological examination,the patients were divided into three groups:29 cases in the cervical chronic inflammation group,34 cases in the low-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia group and 37 cases in the high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia group.TP1 immunohistochemical staining and telomerase activity detection were performed on the tissue biopsy specimens of the three groups.Results The positive rate of TP1 in the low-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia group and the high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia group was significantly higher than that in the cervical chronic inflammation group.and there were statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=10.343,P_(adjusted)=0.002;χ^(2)=34.545,P_(adjusted)<0.001).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of TP1 in the low-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia group and the high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia group(χ^(2)=4.870,P_(adjusted)=0.085).The expression of TP1 was positively correlated with the grade of cervical squamous epithelial lesions(Kendall’s tau-b=0.773,P<0.001),and the expression of TP1 increased with the grade of cervical squamous epithelial lesions.The telomerase activity increased gradually in the cervical chronic inflammation group,the low-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia group and the high-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The telomerase activity corresponding to the expression intensity of TP1(-,+,++,+++)increased gradually,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Conclusion The high expression of TP1 may enhance the activity of telomerase,thereby promoting thefurther development
