摘 要:自噬是真核细胞内发生的一种高度保守的自我降解机制,宫颈癌的肿瘤细胞自噬是肿瘤进展的重要因素。自噬作用的下调与宫颈细胞HPV感染、宫颈癌的产生存在紧密联系。Wnt信号通路在宫颈癌细胞的自我更新和分化的调控中扮演重要角色,越来越多的研究证明Wnt信号通路表达的激活及β-catenin的异常表达与宫颈癌密切相关。宫颈癌细胞自噬与Wnt/β-catenin信号通路之间存在一定关系并相互作用,影响着癌症的发生发展。本文就宫颈癌细胞自噬与Wnt/β-catenin信号通路关系综述如下。Autophagy is a highly conservative mechanism of self-degradation in eukaryotic cells.Autophagy in cervical cancer is an important factor in tumor progression.The down-regulation of autophagy is closely related to HPV infection in cervical cells and the occurrence of cervical cancer.Wnt signal pathway plays an important role in the regulation of self-renewal and differentiation of cervical cancer cells.More and more studies have proved that the activation of Wnt signal pathway and the abnormal expression ofβ-catenin are closely related to cervical cancer.There is a certain relationship and interaction between autophagy and Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway in cervical cancer cells,which affects the occurrence and development of cancer.This article reviews the relationship between autophagy and Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway in cervical cancer cells.
