摘 要:本文实证检验了本地社会网络关系强度对公司冗员负担的影响。研究发现,在我国社会文化背景下,密切联系的本地社会网络关系会形成公司超额雇佣员工非正式制度层面的外在压力,一定程度上形成公司的冗员负担。在公司董事长为本地人时,这一效应更为显著。同时,在国有企业中,管理层的机会主义行为也会加剧本地社会网络对公司冗员负担的影响。但激烈的市场竞争能够一定程度上抑制上述问题。进一步检验证实本地社会网络对公司形成的冗员负担最终会导致公司价值受损。本文的研究不仅丰富了冗员形成影响因素的有关文献,也对企业管理实践具有一定参考价值。This paper empirically studies the impact of local social network on firms'redundancy burden.The results show that under the social and culture background of China,the closely connected local social network will become the external pressure that forces firms to hire excessive employees,and form the redundancy burden to some degree.The effect is more significant in firms whose chairman is local citizen.Besides,for state-owned enterprises,the opportunistic behavior of management can also exacerbate the impact of local social network mentioned above.However,fierce market competition can ease the problem to some degree.Further analysis proves that the redundancy burden formed from local social network will further harm firm value.The research of this paper not only enriches the researches on the factors influencing excessive employment,but also can be of certain reference value for firms'management in practice.
