侨乡人文精神融入地方高校特色发展的探索与实践--以温州大学为例

摘　　要：我国侨乡众多,且分布广泛。长久以来,侨乡人文精神以其独特的人脉优势、人文底蕴和资源禀赋,为区域经济社会发展注入了源源不断的内生动力,也为当地高校提供了办学治校、特色发展的文化支撑。以坐落于我国著名侨乡的温州大学为例,以温州人精神为主体的温州侨乡人文精神始终贯穿于温州大学创办、建设和发展的全过程。作为温州人自己办起来的高校,温州大学不仅有弘扬和发展温州人精神的责任和义务,更有将温州人精神融入学校侨特色发展的基础与必要。借鉴嘉庚精神与厦门大学、集美大学等在厦高校彼此融合、协同发展的经验和做法,温州大学要以课堂教学为主,开设温州人精神专题课程;要以第二课堂为辅,开展温州人精神主题实践;要以文化建设为媒,写好温州人精神命题作文,从而开辟出一条将温州人精神有机融入温州大学侨特色发展的有效途径。There are many overseas Chinese hometown in China,and they are widely distributed.For a long time,the humanistic spirit of the hometown of overseas Chinese has injected a steady stream of endogenous power into the regional economic and social development with its unique network advantages,cultural heritage and resource endowment,and also provided the cultural support for the school running and characteristic development for the local colleges and universities.Taking Wenzhou University,which is located in the famous hometown of overseas Chinese in China,as an example,the humanistic spirit of Wenzhou hometown of overseas Chinese with the spirit of Wenzhou people as the main body has always been implemented in the whole process of the establishment,construction and development of Wenzhou University.As a university run by Wenzhou people,Wenzhou University not only has the responsibility and obligation to carry forward and develop Wenzhou People's spirit,but also has the foundation and necessity to integrate Wenzhou People's spirit into the development of overseas Chinese characteristics of the University.Referring to the experience and practice of the integration and coordinated development of Jiageng spirit,Xiamen University,Jimei University and other universities in Xiamen,Wenzhou university should focus on classroom teaching and set up special courses on Wenzhou People's spirit.The practice of Wenzhou People's spiritual theme should be carried out by the supplement of the second classroom.With the cultural construction as the medium,the proposition composition of Wenzhou People's spirit should be written well,so as to open up an effective way to organically integrate Wenzhou People's spirit into the development of overseas Chinese characteristics of Wenzhou University.
