摘　　要：张锡纯认为,人出生之前靠脐带进行呼吸,所以先天之君相二火位于下;人出生后通过肺进行呼吸,人身功能运作在上,后天之君相二火位于上。君相之火可以“化食”“温暖全身”。寒饮结胸证、阳虚泄泻证、火不归原证是先后天君相二火常见的病理证候,寒饮结胸证是由于君相二火热源不足,寒饮凝于胸中,胃气、饮食不得上达下降所致,张锡纯治以“开”“补”二法,代表方为苓桂术甘汤加干姜、黄芪和理饮汤。阳虚泄泻证为君相二火热源不足所致,张锡纯治以“补”“涩”二法,方为金匮肾气丸。火不归原证是因元阳君火不守其位而浮越所致,张锡纯治以“补而敛之,镇而安之”,药选人参、山茱萸、补骨脂、附子等。Zhang Xi-chun believes that people breathe by the umbilical cord before they were born,so the congenital sovereign fire and minister fire are located in the lower part of the body.After birth,people breathe through the lungs,and their body functions operate on the top.The acquired sovereign fire and minister fire are located in the upper part of the body.The sovereign fire and minister fire can "digest food" and "warm the whole body".Syndrome of cold-fluid and chest bind,yang deficiency diarrhea syndrome,and fire failing to return to original qi are the common pathological syndromes of the congenital and acquired sovereign fire and minister fire.Syndrome of cold-fluid and chest bind is caused by the lack of heat source of the two kinds of fire.The cold fluid condenses in the chest,and the stomach qi and diet cannot ascend and descend.In case of this syndrome,Zhang Xi-chun advocates the two methods of "opening" and "supplementing",and the representative formulas are Poria and Cinnamon Twig,Atractylodes Macrocephala and Licorice Decoction plus Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis) and Huangqi(Radix Scutellariae),and Regulating Decoction.Yang deficiency diarrhea syndrome is caused by insufficient heat sources of the two kinds of fire.Zhang Xi-chun advocates the two methods of "tonifying" and "astringency",and Golden Cabinet′s Kidney Qi Pill is used.Fire failing to return to original qi is that original yang sovereign fire does not keep its position and floats over,so Zhang Xi-chun takes "tonic and astringent,calming and tranquilizing" as the treatment principle,and often adopts Renshen(Radix Ginseng),Shanzhuyu(Fructus Corni),Buguzhi(Fructus Psoraleae),Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata),etc.
