摘  要:目的了解患方就医素养的维度及等级,解释其内涵,为提高医患沟通效率提供依据。方法于2019年9月在浙江省某三甲儿科医院采用一对一的方式访谈了32名患者家属、30名医生,并于2020年6月采用焦点小组深入访谈16名有近期就诊经历的成人,运用主题框架分析法归纳患方就医素养的维度、等级及内涵。结果患方就医素养可归纳为七个维度,分别是提前准备、文化培养、媒体素养、遵守医院秩序、与医生沟通的技巧、情绪管理及法律法规。结论提出患方就医素养的七大维度,并对维度做出等级区分,可指导患方阶段性地提升就医素养。患方就医素养提升不仅依靠患方自身努力,也需要国家法律的完善及社会各部门的协调。Objective To understand the dimensions and contents of the patient's literacy,to explain the connotation of the patient's literacy,and to provide a basis for improving the efficiency of doctor-patient communication.Methods In September 2019,we conducted one-to-one interviews with 32 patients'family members and 30 doctors in a Zhejiang three grade a pediatric hospital.We used focus group to conduct in-depth interviews with 16 adults with recent medical experience in June,2020.The dimension,grade and connotation of patient's literacy were summarized by thematic framework analysis.Results There were seven dimensions of patient's literacy:preparation in advance,cultural training,media literacy,compliance with hospital order,communication skills with doctors,emotional management and laws and regulations.Rank distinctions were made in each dimension.Conclusion This paper proposes and sorts out seven dimensions of the patient's medical literacy,and classifies the dimensions of the patient's medical literacy,which can guide the patient to improve the medical literacy stage by stage.The improvement of the patient's medical literacy not only depends on the patient's own efforts,but also needs the perfection of national laws and the coordination of various social departments.
