省级广播电视与网络视听融合监测监管平台的设计

摘　　要：从广播电视节目监测监管和网络视听内容监测监管两个方面分析省级广播电视与网络视听融合监测监管平台的建设需求,设计融合监测监管平台的逻辑架构和网络拓扑架构,提出了网络系统、存储系统进行同时融合的基础硬件平台融合方案和融合大数据分析、呈现可视化的软件融合方案。This paper analyzes the construction demand of provincial radio and television program monitoring platform and network audio-visual monitoring platform from two aspects of radio and television monitoring and supervision and network audio-visual monitoring and supervision.The logical architecture and network topology of the fusion monitoring platform are designed.The basic hardware platform fusion scheme and the software fusion scheme of big data analysis and visualization fusion from network system and storage system are proposed.
