摘　　要：分析了目前高职物流人才的培养现状,通过对物流管理专业人才的现代学徒制培养过程中的人才培养模式、课程框架、实训基地建设、评价方式等方面进行研究,提出了基于校企共建工作室的高职现代学徒制人才培养模式,并从三方面阐述了推进对策。This paper analyzes the current situation of the training of logistics talents in higher vocational colleges. Through the research on the talent training mode, curriculum framework, training base construction and evaluation methods in the modern apprenticeship training process of logistics management talents, it proposes the modern apprenticeship talent training mode based on school-enterprise codeveloped studio in higher vocational colleges, and expounds the countermeasures for its promotion from three aspects.
