摘 要:目的:回顾性分析上颌中切牙萌出异常的就诊主诉及病因,发现其特点并提出相应对策。方法:选择2017年3月-2019年2月初次到暨南大学医学院附属惠州口腔医院儿童口腔科就诊上颌中切牙萌出异常的患儿为研究对象,记录患者的年龄、性别、主诉、主要疾病诊断等信息。结果:不同病因学导致上颌中切牙萌出异常中,21.11%的就诊患儿处于正常替换期;因乳中切牙龋引起的乳牙根尖周炎患者比例为33.61%,比例最高;因乳中牙外伤引起的占13.32%,因多生牙及牙瘤引起的占26.84%,其他占5.12%。乳中切牙龋因根尖炎患者中女性多于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳中切牙外伤性根尖周炎患者中男性多于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多生牙患者中男性多于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上颌乳中切牙龋因根尖周病变是上颌中切牙替换异常的主要局部因素。Objective: To retrospectively analyze the complaints and etiology of the anomaly of maxillary central incisors eruption,discover the characteristics and propose the corresponding countermeasures. Methods: Children with the anomaly of maxillary central incisors eruption who were firstly admitted to Department of Pediatric Stomatology, Affiliated Huizhou Stomatological Hospital of Medical College of Jinan University from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects. The patients’ age, gender, complaints, primary disease diagnosis and other data were recorded. Results: In the anomaly of maxillary central incisors eruption due to different etiologies, 21.11% of children were at normal mixed dentition;33.61% of children had periapical periodontitis due to deciduous central incisors caries, accounting for the higher proportion;13.32% of children were caused by trauma of deciduous central incisors, 26.84% of children were caused by supernumerary teeth and odontoma, and 5.12% of children were caused by other factors. There were more females having periapical periodontitis due to deciduous central incisors caries than males, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there were more males having periapical periodontitis due to trauma of deciduous central incisors than females, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there were more males having supernumerary teeth than females, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The periapical periodontitis due to deciduous central incisors caries is the main local factor of the anomaly of the maxillary central incisors eruption.
