手足综合征从“瘀”论治探析

摘　　要：手足综合征是肿瘤患者接受抗肿瘤药物治疗后出现的常见不良反应,严重影响患者的治疗进展及生活质量。现代医学对于本病治疗效果有限,中医治疗手足综合征方法繁多,且临床效果确切。本文以“瘀”立论,从“阳虚寒凝致瘀”“热毒蕴结致瘀”“气血亏虚致瘀”3个方面探讨手足综合征发病病因病机及临床治疗。Hand-foot syndrome is a common adverse reaction which occurs in patients with tumor under the anti-tumor drug treatments.It seriously affects the treatment progress and quality of life.Modern medicine shows limited therapeutic effect to it.Traditional Chinese medicine have various treatment methods,as well as outstanding clinical results.This article explores the Hand-foot syndrome from the stasis condition,respectively from three aspects like“deficiency of yang and congealing cold pattern”,“accumulated hot toxin”,“qi-blood deficiency”,which all lead to stagnation,therefore to discuss different etiology and pathogenesis and treatments of hand-food syndrome.
