摘　　要：目的观察及评价腹针联合星状神经节阻滞(SGB)对急性期Bell面瘫的临床效果。方法选取临床确诊的急性期Bell面瘫患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组,每组30例。观察组采用腹针联合SGB治疗,对照Ⅰ组予腹针治疗,对照Ⅱ组采用星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗。分别于治疗前、第4疗程结束后1周对各组患者进行面神经功能评定及临床疗效比较。结果4个疗程完成后,观察组面神经功能评分优于对照Ⅰ组及对照Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床痊愈率和总有效率指标,观察组均优于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论腹针联合SGB治疗急性期Bell面瘫临床疗效确切,无不良反应及其他并发症。Objective:To explore and evaluate the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block(SGB)on Bell facial paralysis in acute stage.Methods:A total of 90 patients with Bell facial paralysis in acute stage were randomly divided into observation group,control groupⅠand control groupⅡ,with30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with SGB,the control groupⅠwas treated with abdominal acupuncture,and the control groupⅡwas treated with SGB.The facial nerve function and clinical efficacy of the three groups were evaluated before treatment and 1 week after the end of the fourth course of treatment.Results:After 4 courses of treatment,the facial nerve function score of the observation group was better than that of the control groupⅠand the control groupⅡ(P<0.05);the clinical cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were better than those of the control groupⅠand the control groupⅡ(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block is effective in the treatment of acute Bell facial paralysis without adverse reactions and other complications.
