高校兽医专业宠物医疗人才培养的思考

摘　　要：近年来,中国宠物行业快速发展,宠物医院数量不断增加,带来宠物医疗人才一直处于紧缺的局面,但是高校兽医专业毕业生选择从事宠物临床诊疗工作的比例却非常低。因此,本文主要就高校兽医专业宠物医疗人才培养论题,从加强高校兽医专业宠物临床教学工作、引导高校兽医学生主动了解与学习宠物医疗知识、吸引高校兽医学生主动到宠物医院实践学习与工作等三个方面展开讨论,以期吸引更多的兽医专业毕业生选择宠物临床诊疗工作,促使中国宠物临床诊疗行业健康稳定与可持续发展。In recent years,with the rapid development of the pet industry in China,the number of pet hospitals is increasing,and pet medical talents have been in short supply. However,the proportion of college veterinary graduates choosing to engage in pet clinical diagnosis and treatment is very low. Therefore,the discussion mainly focused on the better training of pet medical talents majored in veterinary medicine in colleges and universities. Three aspects were addressed,including how to strengthen the clinical teaching,guide veterinary students to be actively involved in learning,and encourage veterinary students to take the initiative to intern and work at veterinary clinics.With more veterinary graduates choosing a career in pet clinical diagnosis and treatment,a healthy,stable,and sustainable development of the industry in pet clinical diagnosis and treatment will be promoted in China.
