摘　　要：我国明令禁止持有或传播鸦片类制品。天津海关动植食中心在来自加拿大的个人邮包内的黑白芝麻调料中多次检出疑似罂粟属(Papaver)的种子,通过形态学鉴定和基因测序比对,并经专家复核,鉴定为鸦片罂粟(Papaver somniferum L.)种子,检出的鸦片罂粟种子经测定发芽率达到25%。邮寄具有萌发活性的种子会造成鸦片罂粟种子以商品流通的方式进行扩散传播,这对于毒品管控存在很大风险,应给予重视。China strictly prohibits the possession and dissemination of opiates.Tianjin Customs APF Detection Centre has repeatedly found suspected Papaver seeds in black-and-white sesame seasonings in personal parcels from Canada.Through morphological detection,gene sequencing and further reviewed by experts,they were identified as opium poppy(Papaver somniferum L.)seeds,and the germination rate of the opium poppy seeds reached 25%.It brings great challenges to drug control when such seeds with germination activity are sent by post and cause the spread of opium poppy seeds in commodity circulation.Therefore,more attention should be attached by port authorities and other relevant government departments to this issue.
