摘 要:通过轮胎偏磨现象进行机理和原因分析,得出在驱制动力作用下,由于肩部接地长轴过长导致轮胎肩部偏磨。通过调整265/70R19.5子午线轮胎带束层宽度以及肩部厚度来改善肩部接地长轴的长度,接地形状得到优化,从而达到偏磨改善的目的;经过试制轮胎进行室内接地、转鼓试验以及室外路试进行改善前后方案的试验对比,改善后,轮胎接地形状及接地压力得到优化,室内耐久及高速试验提升,室外的磨耗性能明显提升。结果表明对轮胎设计具有一定的指导意义。Through analysis of the tires irregular wear performance mechanism and reasons,it concluded that the shoulder rib contact length was too long to cause shoulder irregular wear under the driving force or braking fbrce.The shoulder rib contact length was improved by adjusted belt width and shoulder thickness of 265/70R19.5 Radial Tire to fulfill footprint optimized.The shoulder irregular wear was improved.To compare the footprint,drum test and outdoors road test by the finished tires,the result showed that the footprint of optimized tire was improved,endurance&high speed performance was increased,and outdoors road test was improved significantly.The results obtained have a certain guiding role for the design of the tire.
