摘 要:随着环保要求的日益苛刻要求提升,车用发动机对降低燃油耗的需求呼声越来越高,这就对发动机零件的轻量化设计要求越来越严格。特别是运动零件如连杆、曲轴、活塞等的轻量化设计,对降低发动机振动及降低燃油耗有举足轻重的重大意义。本文主要从连杆的材料、结构设计、连杆大头、连杆小头、杆身工字梁等方面进行结构轻量化技术优化,并进行了强度仿真计算,阐述了连杆轻量化设计意义。With the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection requirements,the demand for vehicle engine to reduce fuel consumption is more and more high,which is more and more strict for the lightweight design requirements of engine parts.In particular,the lightweight design of motor parts such as link,crankshaft,piston is of great significance to reduce engine vibration and fuel consumption.This paper mainly optimizes the link material,structural design,link big head,link small head,rod body I-beam,and carries out the strength simulation calculation,and expounds the significance of link lightweight design.
