学前教育资源供给对农村家庭幼儿园教育支出的影响研究

摘  要:探讨学前教育资源供给对农村家庭幼儿园教育支出及其负担的影响.有助于完善农村普惠性学前教育政策。本研究使用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据进行分析,结果表明:村居园所数量和家庭的幼儿园教育支出显著增加,但家庭的幼儿园教育支出负担未有显著变化;在园所收费水平维持不变的情况下,园所数量的增加对农村家庭的幼儿园教育支出有消减作用;因所收费水平的提高对农村家庭尤其是中、低收入家庭的幼儿园教育支出和负担有增强作用。建议进一步加大农村学前教育财政性经费投入,提高幼儿园教育的可支付性,并采取多种措施和途径精准扶持农村弱势群体。Studying the effects of preschool education provision on family spending on kindergarten education helps to improve the poHcies for inclusive preschool education in rural areas.This study analyzes the data coHected using CFPS.The results show that there was a significant rise in the number of kindergartens and the amount of parental spending;if the kindergarten fee remains unchanged,the increase of kindergarten number can reduce family spending,and the rise of kindergarten fee can increase family spending on kindergarten education in rural areas.It is suggested that government should increase the investment in rural preschool education,provide support for disadvantaged groups,and pubHcize and provide guidance for parents to actively take their responsibiHty in children’s preschool education.
