摘　　要：肿瘤干细胞是一种具有自我更新及无限增殖能力的细胞,这一特点是导致肿瘤复发的重要原因。铁死亡作为近年来发现的一种程序性细胞死亡方式,能够特异性诱导肿瘤干细胞死亡。因此,诱导肿瘤干细胞铁死亡将成为治疗肿瘤的重要手段。本文就铁死亡的发生机制及特异性诱导肿瘤干细胞铁死亡方式作一综述,为肿瘤相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。Cancer stem cells have the ability to self-renew and proliferate indefinitely.This feature is an important cause of tumor recurrence.As a programmed cell death method discovered in recent years,ferroptosis can specifically induce the death of cancer stem cells.Therefore,the ferroptosis of cancer stem cells will become an important method for the treatment of tumors.This paper reviews the mechanism of ferroptosis and the specific induction of ferroptosis in cancer stem cells to provide new ideas for the research and treatment of tumor-related diseases.
