摘 要:目的优化加减当归芍药散中挥发油的提取工艺。方法以挥发油的转移率及其藁本内酯的含量为指标,运用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken法优化加减当归芍药散中挥发油的酶法辅助提取工艺。结果优选的工艺为:在药材饮片中加入9倍量的提取介质及1.0%的果胶酶,在46℃下浸泡30 min后,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取4 h。结论该提取工艺可用于加减当归芍药散中挥发油的提取。OBJECTIVE To optimize extraction process of volatile oil from modified Danggui Shaoyao powder.METHODS The yields of ligustilide and the volatile oil transfer rate were used as indexes,and the enzyme-assisted extraction process of volatile oil from modified Danggui Shaoyao powder was optimized by single factor test and Box-Behnken test.RESULTS The optimal process was as follows:Modified Danggui Shaoyao powder was added 9 times the amount of extraction medium and 1.0%pectinase in medicine pieces,immersed at 46℃for 30 min,and extracted by steam distillation for 4 h.CONCLUSION The extraction process can be used for the extraction of volatile oil from modified Danggui Shaoyao powder.
