摘　　要：归纳总结近年来已发表的鼻用原位凝胶质量评价相关文献,为其科学评价和质量评价提供参考。除常见质量指标外,国内外对鼻用原位凝胶新增的质量评价指标有流变学性质、铺展性、膨胀系数、持水能力、凝胶强度、物理黏附力、黏膜粘附力以及黏膜滞留时间等。The article analyzed and summarized recent published papers related to quality evaluations for nasal in situ gel,which would provide reference for scientific and quality evaluation of the new nasal preparations.Besides the common quality items,novel indicators for in situ nasal gel such as rheological properties,spreadability,coefficient of expansion,water-holding capacity,gel strength,physically adhesive force,mucosal adhesion and mucosal residence time were also studied and reported.
