摘　　要：茄科枸杞属黑果枸杞是中国西部特色药用植物,在传统中医药中应用广泛。花青素是黑果枸杞果实中的主要活性成分。已报道的黑果枸杞中的花青素类有矮牵牛素类、飞燕草素类、锦葵素类和芍药素类衍生物等4类,目前共鉴定出27种花青素类成分,其中,矮牵牛素类花青素的含量最高。黑果枸杞的花青素具有抗氧化、抗衰老、保护心血管、抗炎及护肝作用等多种药理作用。现通过查阅文献,对近年来黑果枸杞花青素化学成分、药理作用的研究进行综述,以期为黑果枸杞花青素的研究与开发提供参考。Lycium ruthenicum Murr belongs to Lycium genus of Solanaceae family.It is a characteristic medicinal plant in the western China,which is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine.Anthocyanin is the main active component in the fruit of L.ruthenicum.It has been reported that there are four types of anthocyanins in L.ruthenicum,including petunidin,delphinidin,malvidin and peonidin derivatives.At present,27 kinds of anthocyanins have been identified.Among them,the content of petunidin derivatives is the highest.The anthocyanins of L.ruthenicum also have a variety of medicinal values,such as anti-oxidation,anti-aging,cardiovascular protection anti-inflammation and liver protection.By consulting a large number of literatures,the chemical components and pharmacological activities of anthocyanins from L.ruthenicum in recent years were summarized.It is expected to provide reference for the further research and utilization of anthocyanins from L.ruthenicum.
