摘　　要：CRP1000机组核岛内大量使用了VELAN公司生产的气动截止阀,该类型阀门使用过程中频繁发生执行机构漏气、隔膜缩进等问题。本文讲述阀门执行机构的密封设计原理,结合现场安装实施过程,分析执行机构故障,进而找出执行机构漏气的原因并提出优化方案和改进措施。制定了隔膜压缩量安装标准、中心螺母及隔膜盒螺栓紧固力矩的可行改进方案,为同类设备故障处理提供依据。Pneumatic globe valves produced by VELAN are widely used in CRP1000 unit nuclear island.Problems such as actuator leakage and diaphragm retraction frequently occur during the use of this type of valve.This paper describes the valve actuator seal design principle,combined with the field installation and implementation process,analysis of the actuator failure,and then find out the cause of the actuator leakage and put forward the optimization scheme and improvement measures.The installation standard of diaphragm compression amount and feasible improvement scheme of fastening torque of center nut and diaphragm box bolt are formulated,which provide basis for similar equipment fault treatment.
