摘 要:拉曼光谱是利用拉曼散射效应的光谱测试方法,近年来北京大学基础物理实验教学中心将二维材料、半导体超晶格等的拉曼光谱实验应用于专题研究性实验教学.以低波数拉曼光谱研究为例,测试了左旋胱氨酸和MoS_(2)的低波数拉曼光谱,并总结了专题研究性实验的教学经验.该教学内容契合“科研引领实验教学”的教改思路,培养了学生的创新性思维和创新能力.Raman spectroscopy is a spectral measurement method using Raman scattering effect.In recent years,the experiments of Raman spectroscopy based on two-dimensional(2D)materials and semiconductor superlattices were applied to thematic research-oriented experimental physics course at Teaching Center for Eexperimental Physics of Peking University.Taking the low-wavenumber Raman spectra research as example,the low-wavenumber Raman spectra of L-cystine and MoS_(2) were tested,and their teaching methods for thematic research-oriented experiments were also introduced.The teaching content accorded with the reform idea of scientific research’s guidance for experiment teaching,and cultivated students’innovative thinking and innovative ability.
