摘　　要：目的探索和分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)康复期患者心肺功能情况及相关的因素。方法选取2020年10月至2021年05月就诊于河南省人民医院的34例COVID-19出院患者进行高分辨率CT(HRCT)和心肺运动试验,综合评估心肺功能,统计分析心肺整体功能减低与年龄、性别、体重指数、病情分型、HRCT评分等因素的相关性。结果心肺功能整体减低组肺弥散功能减低,且与入院时状况呈正相关,摄氧量百分比与HRCT评分呈负相关。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎康复期患者存在不同程度的心肺功能减低,心肺运动试验是评估心肺功能的有效工具。Objective To investigate and analyze the cardiorespiratory function and its related factors in patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)during the convalescent stage.Methods A total of 34 discharged COVID-19 patients admitted to Henan Provincial People′s Hospital from October 2020 to May 2021 were selected for high-resolution CT(HRCT)and cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPCT)to comprehensively evaluate cardiopulmonary function.The correlation between reduced cardiopulmonary function and age,sex,body mass index(BMI),disease type,HRCT score and other factors were statistically analyzed.Results The overall reduction of the cardiopulmonary function group showed decreased lung diffusing function,which was positively correlated with the condition at admission,and the percentage of oxygen uptake was negatively correlated with HRCT scores.Conclusion There are different degrees of cardiopulmonary function reduction in patients with new coronavirus pneumonia during the recovery period,and the cardiopulmonary exercise test is an effective tool to evaluate cardiopulmonary function.
