急救中心利用“互联网+”无触式管理系统对突发公共卫生事件中临床医疗质量和效率影响的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨利用“互联网+”理念在三级医院急救中心突发公共卫生事件中建立无触式管理系统,实施综合评价,使三级医院急救中心能够更为有效地应对突发公共卫生事件,同时避免或减少医护人员重大传染性疾病的致病风险。方法随机抽取常规急诊流程救治的73例患者为对照组,“互联网+无触式管理系统急诊流程”救治的69例患者为研究组,比较2组急诊救治效率、急诊服务质量、诊断治疗效果、院感防控方面的效果。结果研究组院前接诊时间、好转及治愈率、住院医疗质量方面与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但能够做到突发公共卫生事件提前预警,院内接诊时间、检查时间、诊断时间、见效时间、平均住院时间及医院感染率较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+无触式管理系统”的应用,在保证急诊服务质量、诊断治疗效果不变的情况下,能够提高急救时效性及提升院感防控能力,减少院内感染的发生,降低突发公共卫生事件造成的损失。Objective To explore the use of“Internet+”concept to establish a contactless management systemin public health emergencies in three-level hospital emergency centers and implement the comprehensive evaluation,so that the emergency centers of three-level hospital can more effectively respond to the public health emergencies,which avoiding or reducing the risk of major infectious diseases of medical staff.Methods 73 patients treated by routine emergency medical procedures were randomly selected as the control group,and 69 patients treated by"Internet+contactless management system emergency procedures"were selected as the research group.The efficiency of emergency medical treatment,the quality of emergency medical service,the effect of diagnosis and treatment,and the effect of nosocomial infection prevention and control were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the research group had no significant difference in pre-hospital reception time,improvement and cure rates and inpatient medical quality(P>0.05),but it could achieve the early warning of public health emergencies.The hospital reception time,examination time,diagnosis time,responding time,average time of hospital stays and nosocomial infection rate in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the condition of ensuring the quality of emergency service and the effect of diagnosis and treatment,the application of“Internet+contactless management system”can greatly improve the timeliness of first aid and the ability of hospital infection prevention and control,reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection,and reduce the loss caused by public health emergencies.
