摘　　要：烟用内衬纸是直接与烟支接触的材料,这就要求内衬纸需要符合食品级安全性指标要求。本文对烟用内衬纸原纸中的重金属来源做出了分析和研究,采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法作为重金属含量的测试方法,分别检测烟用内衬原纸生产过程中的原辅料、助剂以及打浆过程中重金属的含量,并根据重金属的含量变化得出结论:原料中的重金属含量是影响烟用内衬纸原纸重金属含量的重要因素,填料与打浆过程会引起产品重金属含量的波动。Cigarette lining paper is a material that is in direct contact with cigarettes,which requires the lining paper to meet the requirements of food-grade safety indicators.This paper analyzes and studies the sources of heavy metals in the base paper of cigarette inner lining paper.Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used as the test method for the content of heavy metals in this paper,and the content of raw materials,auxiliary materials and heavy metals in the production process of cigarette lining base paper and the content of heavy metals in the beating process were respectively detected,and the results were obtained according to the changes in the content of heavy metals.Conclusion:The heavy metal content in the raw material is an important factor affecting the heavy metal content of the base paper for cigarette lining paper,and the filler and beating process will cause the fluctuation of the heavy metal content in the product.
