摘　　要：绿水河发电厂在4号水轮发电机的黑启动试验过程中,机组在将调速器转为自动后,频率升高、波动,通过停机后的一系列检查和分析处理,以及结合调速器工作原理对产生该现象的原因分析,找出运行维护存在的问题,并对调速系统进行相应的处理,避免此类现象的再次发生。During the black start test of No.4 hydraulic generator in Lvshuihe Power Plant,the frequency of the unit rises and fluctuates after the governor is turned to automatic.Through a series of inspection,analysis and treatment after shutdown,combined with the operating principle of governor,this paper finds out the problems existing in operation and maintenance.In this paper,the speed control system is processed to avoid the recurrence of this phenomenon.
