基于社会人员生源的高职课程改革研究——以造船质量检验课程为例

摘　　要：社会人员生源在构成特征、学习特点及学习需求等方面与传统生源相比差异明显,现行的专业课程教学与之不相适应。为此,结合社会人员生源的学情特点,以造船质量检验课程为例,进行相应的专业课程教学改革,以满足社会人员生源个性化多样化的学习需要。Compared with traditional student pool, social student pool have obvious differences in composition characteristics, learning characteristics and learning needs, and the current professional curriculum teaching does not adapt to it. Therefore, combined with the learning characteristics of social student pool, taking the shipbuilding quality inspection course as an example, the corresponding professional course teaching reform is carried out to meet the personalized and diversified learning needs of social student pool.
